Ended up staying up all night since I was on a roll with obtaining user #, passwords, PIN’s, account numbers and all sorts of things like that.
Placed orders online for next springs tax software, W-2 & 1099 forms & envelopes, and CCH online. Even with wireless this took an enormous amount of time. One order didn’t appear to go thru and no confirmation & even tho I know better, I placed the order again. That foolish move meant a customer service call at 7AM to delete one of the orders. Hope the IRS envelopes have the right city. Last year KS based addresses for the IRS were changed at the last minute.
Went to bed in broad daylight. Sleep didn’t last long since Seamless Siding workers arrived to replace all of our windows and put up new vinyl siding on our house. It will be my responsibility to pay for half of this bill, but I am glad to do so. I really like our new windows. Also, they qualify for an energy tax credit next spring for my parents.
There must have been 8 men working here today. All the new windows are in & a lot of the siding is up already. I think they will finish it tomorrow.
Went to Church and in the process ran over some old windows. What a mess of broken wood & glass, but no sense to fret over that now. I guess it really doesn’t matter. Thankful for no flat tires.
Went to my men’s meeting. Josh & Darrel are leaving for Bangladesh tomorrow & we heard all the details about that trip. Sam D had the topic on something like: What would I do different if I could raise my children again, a sort of book report on a book by John Dresher who is a rather famous author with local family connections.
DLM handed out new Church directories, one of which was purch by myself. Later went to see Ryan & inspect his stitched hand. Looks great & no indication of infection. Heard about his new job. Also priviliged to consume 2 very fresh cinnamon rolls.
Now it’s time to continue monotonous Quickbooks credit card entry.
